1. Penerimaan terma

Dengan menanda kotak persetujuan semasa pendaftaran, anda bersetuju dengan Terma Penggunaan ni dan Notis Privasi kami. Kalau anda tak setuju, sila jangan guna perkhidmatan kami.

2. Kelayakan

Pemegang akaun mesti berumur 18 tahun ke atas. PlayTown sendiri untuk semua umur — orang dewasa mendaftar dan (kelak) menempah bagi pihak keluarga. Orang dewasa bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya ke atas kanak-kanak dalam jagaan mereka.

3. Akaun & keselamatan

Anda bertanggungjawab merahsiakan butiran log masuk dan ke atas semua aktiviti dalam akaun anda. Email anda perlu disahkan. Beritahu kami segera jika ada penggunaan tanpa kebenaran.

4. Apa yang aktif sekarang vs bila venue dibuka

AKTIF SEKARANG Pendaftaran akaun · Wallet (nilai tersimpan) · Penebusan kod perk pelabur.

BILA VENUE DIBUKA (disasarkan separuh kedua 2027) Tempahan (booking) · Top-up wallet dengan duit sebenar · Perbelanjaan dalam taman · Bayaran kad.

Ciri-ciri "bila venue dibuka" belum aktif. Terma berkaitan tempahan dan bayaran (Seksyen 7) hanya berkuat kuasa apabila ciri tersebut dibuka.

5. Wallet

Wallet ialah nilai tersimpan dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Ia tidak boleh dikeluarkan sebagai tunai dan tidak boleh ditukar balik ke kad/bank. Baki wallet luput selepas 24 bulan tanpa sebarang aktiviti (mana-mana penambahan atau perbelanjaan mengekalkan ia aktif). Refund (jika layak) dikeluarkan sebagai kredit wallet sahaja — lihat Polisi Refund & Pembatalan.

6. Kredit perk pelabur (ganjaran ECF)

Kredit perk pelabur ialah ganjaran kerana melabur melalui platform ECF MyStartr, diberikan dengan menebus kod dalam aplikasi:

Tier A "Supporter" = RM 500 · Tier B "Family Member" = RM 1,500.
Ia bukan tunai, tidak boleh dikembalikan (non-refundable), tidak boleh dipindah milik (non-transferable), dan hanya boleh dibelanjakan untuk barangan/perkhidmatan PlayTown apabila venue dibuka.
Kesahihannya melangkaui tarikh pembukaan venue — ia tidak akan luput di bawah peraturan tidak aktif 24 bulan sebelum ia boleh digunakan.

Kredit perk ni ialah ganjaran dalam reward-based crowdfunding sahaja. Ia bukan cashback, dividen, faedah (interest), atau sebarang pulangan pelaburan.

7. Tempahan & bayaran berkuat kuasa bila venue dibuka

Apabila venue dibuka, tempahan, top-up wallet dengan duit sebenar, perbelanjaan dalam taman, dan bayaran kad (melalui Fiuu/Razer) akan tersedia. Terma penuh tempahan dan pembatalan akan berkuat kuasa pada masa itu, dan pembatalan akan mengembalikan nilai sebagai kredit wallet (lihat Polisi Refund). Sehingga itu, ciri-ciri ni tidak aktif.

8. Penggunaan yang dibenarkan

Anda bersetuju untuk tidak menyalahgunakan perkhidmatan, tidak cuba menggodam atau mengganggu sistem, dan mematuhi peraturan taman serta arahan staf (apabila venue dibuka). Penipuan atau kelakuan tidak selamat boleh menyebabkan akaun digantung.

9. Had liabiliti

Setakat yang dibenarkan undang-undang, PlayTown tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kerugian tidak langsung atau berbangkit. Apabila venue dibuka, penyertaan dalam aktiviti fizikal adalah atas risiko sendiri, tertakluk pada peraturan keselamatan yang akan disediakan.

10. Perubahan kepada terma

Kami mungkin kemas kini terma ni. Versi dikawal, dan perubahan penting akan meminta persetujuan semula anda sebelum anda terus guna perkhidmatan.

11. Undang-undang yang mengawal

Terma ni dikawal oleh undang-undang Malaysia dan tertakluk kepada bidang kuasa mahkamah Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of terms

By ticking the consent box at signup, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Eligibility

The account holder must be 18 or older. PlayTown itself is for all ages — adults sign up and (later) book on behalf of their family. The adult is fully responsible for the children in their care.

3. Account & security

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Your email must be verified. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. What's active now vs on venue opening

ACTIVE NOW Account signup · Wallet (stored value) · Investor perk-code redemption.

ON VENUE OPENING (targeted 2H 2027) Booking · Real-money wallet top-up · In-park spend · Card payment.

The "on venue opening" features are not yet active. Terms relating to booking and payment (Section 7) take effect only when those features open.

5. Wallet

The wallet is stored value in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). It is not withdrawable as cash and cannot be reversed to a card/bank. Wallet balance expires after 24 months of inactivity (any top-up or spend keeps it active). Refunds (where eligible) are issued as wallet credit only — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Investor perk credit (ECF reward)

Investor perk credit is a reward for investing via the ECF platform MyStartr, delivered by redeeming a code in the app:

Tier A "Supporter" = RM 500 · Tier B "Family Member" = RM 1,500.
It is non-cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and is spendable only on PlayTown goods/services once the venue opens.
Its validity extends past the venue opening — it will not lapse under the 24-month inactivity rule before it is usable.

This perk credit is strictly a reward-based crowdfunding reward. It is not cashback, a dividend, interest, or any investment return.

7. Booking & payment effective on venue opening

When the venue opens, booking, real-money wallet top-up, in-park spend, and card payment (via Fiuu/Razer) will become available. Full booking and cancellation terms take effect at that time, and cancellations will return value as wallet credit (see the Refund Policy). Until then, these features are not active.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to hack or disrupt the system, and to follow park rules and staff instructions (once the venue opens). Fraud or unsafe conduct may lead to account suspension.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayTown is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. When the venue opens, participation in physical activities is at your own risk, subject to the safety rules that will be provided.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Versions are controlled, and material changes will re-prompt for your consent before you continue using the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
