Bahasa MalaysiaSemua refund dikeluarkan sebagai kredit wallet PlayTown. Kami tidak pulangkan bayaran ke kad atau bank anda — duit tidak kembali ke kaedah bayaran asal. Kredit wallet hanya boleh dibelanjakan dalam PlayTown dan tidak boleh dikeluarkan sebagai tunai.
Apabila sesuatu yang layak dibatalkan, nilainya dikembalikan sebagai kredit wallet. Kredit wallet tertakluk pada peraturan wallet biasa (belanja sahaja, tak boleh dikeluarkan tunai, luput hanya selepas 24 bulan tanpa aktiviti wallet).
Kredit bonus (cth. dari promosi) dan kredit perk pelabur adalah tidak boleh dikembalikan (non-refundable). Kredit perk pelabur juga tidak boleh dipindah milik dan hanya boleh dibelanjakan untuk barangan/perkhidmatan PlayTown apabila venue dibuka (lihat Terma Penggunaan, Seksyen 6).
Kami tidak membuat pembalikan (reversal) ke kad atau bank. Semua pemulangan nilai adalah melalui kredit wallet sahaja.
Tempahan dan bayaran belum aktif pada pelancaran ni. Apabila venue dibuka, pembatalan tempahan akan mengembalikan nilai sebagai kredit wallet, dan terma penuh refund tempahan/event akan berkuat kuasa pada masa itu.

All refunds are issued as PlayTown wallet credit. We do not reverse charges to your card or bank — money does not return to the original payment method. Wallet credit is spendable only within PlayTown and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
When something eligible is cancelled, its value is returned as wallet credit. Wallet credit is subject to the normal wallet rules (spend-only, not cash-withdrawable, expires only after 24 months of wallet inactivity).
Bonus credit (e.g. from promotions) and investor perk credit are non-refundable. Investor perk credit is also non-transferable and spendable only on PlayTown goods/services once the venue opens (see Terms of Use, Section 6).
We do not make reversals to a card or bank. All value is returned via wallet credit only.
Booking and payment are not active at this launch. When the venue opens, cancelling a booking will return value as wallet credit, and the full booking/event refund terms will take effect at that time.
